About Us
When Richard Markins, owner and president of DanRich Homes, was a child, he worked closely with his father, a master interior trim carpenter. From his father, he learned the importance of fine craftsmanship and developed a passion for creating beautiful homes. He built his first home when he was 19 years old.
Although Richard had started out as a trim carpenter and then began selling real estate, he always had the intention of fulfilling his passion to become a full-time builder. He founded DanRich Homes in 1994, with the commitment to work closely with his clients, building homes that truly represent them and last for generations. He takes the time to select the perfect floor plan for each customer and then carefully plans how to build the home with a maximum amount of space while staying within the customer’s budget. Our ultimate goal is customer satisfaction and exceeding expectations.
