DESCRIPTION:The capability statement helps "open the door"\, enabling you to tell your story. You have to get it right!\n\n\n\n\n\nThe Virginia Department of Small Business & Supplier Diversity (SBSD) and the Virginia APEX Accelerator have come together to bring this dynamic 2-part workshop to help you develop and perfect your company's capability statement. You may not be able to have a lengthy conversation\, but your capability statement should generate enough interest so the potential customer wants to learn more.\n\nThe training will be done by the Virginia APEX Accelerator.\n\nPart 1 - You will learn about and discuss the critical elements of a capability statement. Your assignment at the end of this session will be to create your own capability statement.\n\nPart 2 (will take place 1 week later - Oct. 22 and has a separate registration link)  Your statement will be evaluated and critiqued for "perfection".\n\nThis is a free event\, but registration is required.
