About Us
Hi all! My name is Ashley Bass, LPC, CCTP and founder of AB Counseling, LLC. I am a solo provider offering telehealth services to those 18 years and older in Virginia. I am a provider that offers compassion, uses humor, and a direct and gentle push if needed. I have found that being myself with those I work with goes a long way to help build a therapeutic relationship.
Providing individual mental health therapy to adults 18 years of age and older. Focusing on anxiety, depression, adjustments to changes in your life, communication, relationships, and trauma.
