About Us

CCHASM is a vital non-profit organization dedicated to providing essential support to individuals and families experiencing crisis in the Chesterfield, Colonial Heights, Dinwiddie, Hopewell, Petersburg, and Prince George regions. CCHASM started in 1988 with a collaboration between area churches and social services. Our mission is to offer access to food, emergency utility bill assistance, and educational resources to area residents facing challenging circumstances.
