About Us

Hope in the Streets is a faith-based organization dedicated to restoring hope and dignity for our unhoused and low-income neighbors. We minister to the physical and spiritual needs of the community by supplying essential resources like food, clothing, and hygiene kits.

''As a young child growing up on the streets of Los Angeles, I watched my mother battle a heroin addiction that she would ultimately succumb to. We found ourselves living in Downtown L.A. on Skid Row. I can vividly remember the fear as a child living in these conditions and not having my basic needs met. I often felt forgotten and lost by the world. I remember the judgment shown by others as they would try to avoid us. I remember the cold, wet, hungry nights trying to stay warm in a box.


Through all of these struggles I have realized that the Lord was with me all along. Going through this has marked me with a desire to make a difference.? It has taught me the importance of leading with compassion.? Our heart is to meet people right where they're at and show the love of Christ.
