Owners Brandon and Crystal began prepping meals for their own family to stay healthy with crazy schedules and a long list of responsibilities. It became apparent that this service was needed when friends, family and clients started to ask for their help in prepping meals. It was from that commitment to providing healthy options for busy families that Lunchbox and The Prep Life were born!
