About Us

Since 1954 Roslyn Farm Corporation has managed industrial development operations around Interstate 95 and throughout the Tri-Cities Area.

Over the years, Roslyn Farm Corporation has created numerous industrial and commercial sites around the Tri-Cities area in central Virginia. Our reputation is based on our strong support for our tenants and community as well as the environment. We take pride in establishing ourselves as industry leaders by providing quality service and care for our tenants in a timely and efficient manner. We are known for our community service dedication to organizations throughout the Tri-Cities area as well as our priority to develop our properties with environmental concerns as a significant influence in the growth of properties affecting the Appomattox River.

Currently, Roslyn Farm owns and manages over 1,200 acres of prime industrial, commercial and agricultural real estate in and around Colonial Heights, Prince George, Petersburg, Chesterfield and Dinwiddie. Many properties are available for lease and/or for sale with build-to-suit options available.
