Hello Everyone!!

My name is Bianca and I am the founder of the PrettiFitChickz brand. I have been a certified personal trainer for almost a decade, and I absolutely love what I do. I have been an active athlete since the age of 5. I attended a D1 college, Appalachian State University on a track and field scholarship. I was a sprinter and I did the field events, long and triple jump. While attending the college and graduating in 4 years, we won multiple indoor and outdoor seasons. My first job as a personal trainer was in 2011 at a Anytime Fitness in Browns Mills, NJ. While in NJ I did my first NPC show, I competed in the figure division, and won my class! I moved to VA in 2013, and began working at American Family Fitness, I was a trainer their for 2 years. I had my daughter in 2016, and became a kickboxing instructor at ILoveKickboxing, hints my cardio/kickboxing background. Currently I work in the education department, and I am also an entrepreneur.

My ultimate goal for the PFC nation is to make a positive impact, on every women that I have the pleasure of training! I have worked with all different types of women, helping them get into the best shapes of their lives. I am all about women empowerment, I want to focus on feeding our minds, bodies, and souls through physical fitness and proper nutrition!
