Next Gen Leaders
“I just don’t have time.” Sound familiar?
One thing we hear often from business owners and workplace leaders is how hard it can be to step away when everyone relies on you. Between answering questions, solving problems, and keeping things moving, your own priorities can get pushed aside. Delegating sounds great but explaining a task, trusting someone else to handle it, and letting go can feel harder than doing it yourself.
We’re so excited to welcome Alison O Murphy, founder of Let's Talk Business to our next Next Gen Leaders meeting! She’ll share practical tips on delegation, preventing burnout, and creating systems that help you get time back and step away from work with more confidence.
