Our selection committee along with the vote of the general public will decide the area’s most exceptional individuals in the region under 40 years old. From entrepreneurs, professionals in the business world, and non-profit and governmental leaders, the Next Gen Leaders 40 Under 40 will highlight the best in the area. On April 6th, SOVA and LNN USA, with your support, we host a live event – a night of food, fun, and entertainment ending in the announcement of this years top 40 individuals.
